One of China’s biggest fears – COVID outbreaks before or during the Beijing Winter Olympics. Numerous residential areas surrounding Beijing have been sealed off as Chinese officials react to new cases of COVID being found. China looks to have the most isolated Olympics ever in the era of COVID.
Most likely the threat by Russia to launch a cyberattack against the US is not surprising to Ukrainians. Russia has shown aggression toward Ukraine for years, including massive cyberattacks. While the world focuses on the huge buildup of Russian troops on the border with Ukraine, history of Putin’s tactics would point this out as a possible distraction for the ‘real’ attacks, attacks which have been taking place for years.
